New year, new you — right? If you’ve got your perfect outfit picked out, New Year’s resolutions written down, and your party plans are locked in, there’s one thing left to do: get your nails done! New Year’s is one of our favorite times of the year to do manicures and pedicures, primarily because of the fun designs that we get to do! If you’re stumped on what you want to do with your nails for this New Year’s celebration, fear not. The team at Herbal Nail Bar in Naples have compiled a list of fun New Year’s Eve nail designs for you to get some creative inspiration from.

Silver Glitter

Nothing says New Year’s Eve like silver glitter — lots of it! If you want something flashy, sparkly, and easy to incorporate into any outfit, you can’t go wrong with sparkly silver nails. Though it may seem bold to go for a full sparkle nail, you won’t regret choosing to do so when you receive endless compliments on your festive, gorgeous manicure. And, if you’re not entirely sure you’re feeling wild enough to go full glitter, you can always do an accent nail so that that sparkle is still incorporated into your overall look.

Black

While black nails were once an attribute of the goth scene, they’ve become incredibly popular. If you’re going to be wearing your favorite tiny black dress on New Year’s Eve, a sleek black manicure is exactly what you need to create a seamless look. With some strappy black heels and a matching black mani and pedi, you are going to be turning heads all night long.

White and Gold

A color combo that has been incredibly popular the last couple of New Year’s Eves is white and gold. This is a combination that is easy to transition into the new year, matches with tons of clothes, and has the perfect amount of sparkle. If you want to go extra sparkly, consider using gold foil on the accent nail — this will give you a different type of sparkle than glitter will.

Classic French

We are big fans of the classic French manicure; there is nothing simple or boring about a nice French manicure, so don’t feel bad if this is as creative as you’re getting with your New Year’s nails. A French manicure is classic, gorgeous, and so timeless. If you want to step a little out of your comfort zone, and you normally get a French manicure, ask for an ombre French manicure. This will still look gorgeous, but is a fun twist on the classic manicure.
